  I have no more use of this account.
  It’s copied another WP on Dreamhost.
  Seems as though this account is holding my email hostage.
  I want to be able to use healthyfriction@gmail on my dreamhost current WP
  Am I safe to just delete this account?

  I am not sure how exactly your email is being held hostage?
  If you’ve migrated your site to a different hosting provider and can see it working fine there, you can close your account by following the steps here:
