I have a domain but can’t access the email address for password recovery

  HI i have a second domain http://www.11sixty8media.com. This account has been locked and I want to re-activate the web page to edit it. The account requires a password to be sent to the email address attached with it which i no longer have access to it.

  Can someone please tell me how I can get into the web page 11sixty8media.com.

  As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site by using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Thank you i have tried this the old transaction ID is in the email address i no longer pay for
