  I have a website but it is not being used..can I get verbal instructions how to transfer it to a blog? I’m new and confused.

  What is the adress of your blog?
  Do you aim to change the site design, so that it looks more like a blog? If so, check available Themes (My Site > Customize > Themes), search for “blog” and pick up one that you like.
