I have a domain name from WordPress but made website via other host and cannot renew domain?

  I got an email from WordPress saying I must renew my domain name which was bought 1 year ago. I have the Paypal receipt. I do not have a website via wordpress, however, as I decided to make one via different host. I would like to transfer my domain name to new host to renew it there…but my domain does NOT show up on my account. It is like I have two accounts for some reason on WordPress (when i tried to log in using my email, it made a new account). Please advise?

  The site I need help with is morissapepose.com. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  You are correct – you do have two accounts and morissapepose.com is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you happen to remember the login credentials for the other account? It would be a different email than the one you use to log into this account.

  If not, please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  You can use the transaction ID on PayPal receipt from when you purchase the domain subscription to submit the account recovery form.

  Hi,

  I do not have a different email. That also means that I cannot use the account recovery form, since it says that email is associated with this account.

  I will contact the Account Recovery Team directly?
