  I have a domain with bluehost and am trying to set up a wordpress through them and get the message ‘It looks like there is already a site at novicejeep.com. Please select a different location.’ when I try to set it up.

  You’re currently logged in to a new account at the host WordPress.com. What are you trying to achieve over here? Your site already exists at BlueHost and all you need to do is log in to it over there: https://novicejeep.com/wp-login.php?
