  Hi there,

  There are several desktop applications which you can use to write and publish content for your WordPress.com blog, even without being connected to the internet. For Offline editing, have a look here : https://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/

  And, for the photo removal, you would either have to edit the page/blog post and remove/delete the selected photo or you have an option of deleting the page/post. For the second option, deleting a page/post, follow this : https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleted-posts-and-pages/
