I have a "Home" page that is exactly the same as my "about us" page

  I have a static “about us” page that should be my first page of 8. There is a “home page” in the first position that is exactly the same as the “about us” page.
  The “home” page does not show up on the pages in my dashboard, so I can’t trash it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there, I was going to suggest using a custom menu to remove the home link. But it looks like you beat me to it?
