I have a missing post.

  My last blog entry posted on 12/27/2012, entitled “Generation After Generation,” is missing. The link is there but the post itself doesn’t come up. I’ve tried taking the “2” off the end of the link, thinking maybe it got put on there by mistake; and I’ve played around with it trying to find the content but to no avail. How can a post go missing?

  It looks like the post is there, but there is no content other than a link to a now deleted post.

  It looks like perhaps you were having some trouble initially and tried recreating the post with the same post title, linking to the original one. That’s why there’s a -2 at the end of the URL.

  The original post was trashed on 12/31/12 and then the trash was emptied on 1/31/13. At this point it cannot be restored.
