I have a new account that gravatar doesn’t recognize

    I have those blog, which I no longer wish to use, and then I have a new one. I cannot change my profile pic via Gravatar bc it doesn’t even recognize my email as an account holder. The email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    When I try to log into it, it never works. The only way I have been getting in is with a saved link. I request new log in credentials and I cant get them bc it says that email/ account doesnt exist…

    But when I log into the saved link, I am able to go in and edit everything on my page except the the profile picture. First of all why is it more of a hassle to change my profile pic on my paid site than it is my free one? Why is this even a issue at all? I’ve been waiting for a response from support since yesterday for this same issue.

    So the blog I i need help with is bonnie Patterson, not apennyforbonsthoughts. This is so aggravating.
