  New contributor I would like to didplay her name on blog and link her posts to it How do I do it?

  Have you added her as a contributor or author as described here:

  Ok, I read through the tutorial but I am still confused. Can you “walk” me through the process?, The contributor or author gets the invite from .me, accepts then what happens?

  I am changing a follower to an author so she can upload images and write tutorials. After she accepts, what happens next? Does she have to create an avatar?

  She needs to accept the invitation. Then she will be able to access your site’s dashboard in a limited way (depending on what role they have). They do not have to create an avatar, but they can do so if they wish.
