    I have a paid account…I pre paid for 3 years. I signed up for a premium account and wordpress should not be in my website link. If this is not fixed today I am cancelling the account and will demand a full refund

    If you have a custom domain and a paid plan you can make your domain the primary with the .wordpress.com site hidden behind it. I see a .com domain with the same name as your WordPress.com address but that is over there at GoDaddy.

    Do you have a custom domain e.g buildingyourresilience.com? If yes, you’ll need to set it as the primary address.

    Hi, @andreablaustein. On top of what others shared, I can confirm there are no upgrades under your account. That means there’s a good chance you used another username / email to purchase those on WordPress.com.

    If you completed a purchase, you should have received a receipt by email. Can you please check all your emails and look for it? If you can’t find it, please let us know.
