I HAVE A PAID PLAN!!

    AI support tried to help me with this. I keep saying I have a PAID PLAN but still sent me here.

    I put a date and time to publish my story on Genealogyensemble.com for today at 8am. Not there, keeps reverting to ‘draft’ even when I press publish immediately. This is the second time I have had this issue.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello there,

    Sorry you didn’t get much help from the AI.

    The reason it said that is that you are currently using an account on the WordPress.com “forums” that is not connected to the site. So the bot couldn’t see the plan on that other account.

    So could you please email us from the email address associated with the account that owns the plan and site? If you are not sure what they are, then we can begin an account recovery process.

    In the meantime, I’ve emailed the email address on the account to make contact so we can start working on this issue.
