I have a paid site, https://blazinleslie.wordpress.com. It is supposed to be ad-free. I get random unsightly, irrelevant ads. Supposed to be a clean site.

    The agreement for my paid level is NO ads on my site. Please be more vigilant in keeping ads OFF my site. If I choose to have ads on my site, I should be paid. That is for a different discussion. I need to speak to someone who can properly manage this issue. Right now, I’m sick and tired of being referred to a ‘forum’ — the answer is not there.

    blazinleslie.wordpress.com is a free site, a paid site doesn’t have wordpress.com in it.
    I see you have blazinleslie.com, but you never bought a Domain mapping upgrade for this domain.

    it seems that your site blazinleslie.wordpress.com used to be on plan Premium but it has expired back in April 2019 and you never renewed it.
    Since it’s a free site now, it will display the ads that help us pay for your site’s hosting.

    If you’d like to remove the ads from your site, you can purchase any of our paid plans (it doesn’t need to be Premium) from My Site>Plan>Plans.
