I have a pending charge for a domain and I want to cancel. My domain is momlifeatmidlife.com, but the receipt shows for luxeonless.com. I do not want to be charged for any domain and I want to shut down every domain associated with my account ASAP.

We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

Thank you for responding. I was able to find and log into the old, old account for luxeonless.com. I do not even have the email address associated with that account anymore. It has been deleted from gmail. I requested a refund for this charge and canceled the domain and site. I did email support to see if anything could be done about the charges for 2019 and 2020, as I was unaware I had been charged for those years. I’m usually pretty good about keeping up with all charges, but those appear to have slipped by. The credit card number that was charged is not even the card that was on file.

I can confirm you’ve cancelled your Personal Plan and the domain, luxeonless.com, and we’ve processed a refund for the recent renewal payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
It is not possible for us to refund the payments for previous years, though – even if we wanted to make an exception to our refund policy, we literally cannot process a refund through our payments processor any more after so much time.
