I have a personal plan, but ads still appear

Hello–I paid for a personal plan back in January. At first, no adds appeared. Now, ads appear in both the browser and mobile versions. I’ve tried it on the following browsers: Chrome, Opera, Edge, and Firefox. How can this be corrected? Thank you.

Hi there, is this for spaldingmfaalum.com? When visiting that site I don’t encounter any advertisements. Can you grab a screenshot of the ads you’re seeing and upload it to your site’s Media Library?
If this is for a different site, please let us know the site address.

Yes, it is the spaldingmfaalum.com site. There should now be four screenshots in the media library. The ones with the title suffixes ‘chrome’ and ‘opera’ are mobile and were taken about 2 hours ago. The ones with the title suffixes ‘firefox’ and ‘edge’ are from my laptop and were taken just now. Thank you!

Hi @spaldingmfaalum , it looks like you bought Personal recently, then canceled it for a refund. Now that you’ve bought it again, are the ads gone?
@bookstooge – the personal plan removes ads, but I have seen a few bugs over the year, like cases where someone had WordAds or something similar. Always worth a look. Thanks @justjennifer for flagging us.
