Hi there,
That is the theme’s header background. It’s hidden because you have a custom header image set on your site, but it looks like your image isn’t tall enough to completely fill the header space on all screen sizes.
Go to the Customizer and re-set the custom header image you have there, but crop it a bit taller than you currently have it. Then it should properly cover the entire header area on all screen sizes.

Thank you. I re-added the photo without cropping. It is plenty long enough yet it still happens. It looks good when the window is full screen and small, but there’s a medium size window that shows this red bar still. Any other suggestions? I took screen captures if this would help. Thank you again!

The image still looks cropped to me exactly as it was yesterday.
It’s not the image length/width that’s the issue. It’s the height:
Can you crop it increasing the height, making the image taller than it currently is?

That’s odd. I did this already by adding it without any cropping. I will try again. Thank you.

That’s odd. I did this already by adding it without any cropping. And I just did again but it’s still the same problem. Thank you for your help in solving this problem.
