  I have a post where the images won’t take a link. If you look at my post “Ocean Beach is closed” at http://thetraveleduncle.wordpress.com/ you will see two photos. I’ve tried attaching a links to these photos (which point outside of wordpress) , but the links won’t hold. After I put in the link, and update the post I go back and the link is blank. This happens whether I enter the link through the menu link icon or by editing the image directly.

  I’ve created a separate test post using the same images and links, and it works fine. And I have previous published posts where this isn’t a problem.

  I’ve trashed the particular post somehow, but I’m stumped as to how I accomplished it.

  Any ideas?
