I have a Premium account but I don't get personalized help.

  Hi there! I’m still only have access to the Help Forum – with a Premium account, don’t I get personal assistance? And I’m still getting “Go Premium” notes – but I think I already am…please clarify this.

  Anyway: the thing I need help on is getting Twitter/FB sharing buttons to show on my page. When I enable these services, on my WP-admin account they show up, but they don’t when others view them. (the other buttons show up!) I’d really like these Twitter/FB buttons, as I think people would use them.

  Hello there,

  Whenever there is an operator available to Live Chat, you will see a “How can I help you?” box in the bottom right of your screen when you’re logged into your account, and you visit the support page here:

  Contact

  If nobody is available, please type your question into the box, and if a satisfying answer doesn’t appear, you can contact us privately via the “Contact our Support Team” box.

  To answer your question:

  I checked out your posts, and I am seeing these buttons. This is what I’m viewing:

  Could you explain where these visitors are on your site when they cannot see these buttons?

  Hello again!

  That is indeed strange! I am wondering if you may have an extension running on your Chrome browser that is interfering with the display of these buttons. Let’s try two things:

  1. Please temporarily disable your plugins/add-ons/extensions in Chrome by following Google’s instructions here:

     https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/187443?hl=en
     &
     https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142064?hl=en

     This will just be temporary. You can turn them back on when the testing is over.

     Once those are turned off, please refresh your site in your browser. Then, open you post and see if the buttons are visible.

  2. Please take a look at your site in another browser, such as Firefox, and let me know if you’re seeing any different there.
  3. Make sure your Operating System and your Chrome version are up to date. You can see your software versions here:

     Let me know what they are.

  I took a look at your site in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and am not experiencing any trouble. So, the good news is that the public can view these buttons…however, I want you fully functional as well!

  Bingo! I checked with Firefox, and everything was showing up. Then I disabled my Chrome extensions and everything showed up as well.
