I have a premium account & can't get chat support

I can’t access my account because jet pack says somethings wrong. Chat support isn’t recognizing my account. I need help, I’m going in circles here. Third time jet pack has done this. why is this terrible product allowed here.

I can’t get chat support despite my premium account, I need to work on this account, like 14 hours ago.
