Please contact me back ASAP. I cannot access my site or chat support, I have a premium plan and the receipt for it. It’s supposed to expire in August this year. I need to contact customer support faster than this. I cannot access my site or domain which is thirdinsightdesign.com

I think you’ve just signed in to the wrong account. What site did you purchase the premium plan for?
Try going to https://wordpress.com/ and sign in with a different email address that you have. Each account requires a unique email address.
No charges have been applied to the account that you’ve contacted us from.
