I HAVE A PREMIUM PLAN BUT CANNOT FIND LIVE CHAT OPTION!!

    how do I chat on Live chat. I tried to download a plugin but it says that I cannot because I am not a buisiness member. I am confused…how am I supposed to get access to Live Chat when I cannot download the plugin to do so? It says clearly on the purchase options that with Premium I have access to Live Chat….

    Hi There

    To use live chat, here are the steps:

    You can access live chat when signed into your Dashboard by going to My Sites → Help and clicking on Contact Us towards the bottom of the page. Fill out the form and click on Chat with Us underneath.

    Hi there,

    In order to access live chat support you need to be logged in as the username who owns the Premium Plan. Your username does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    The Premium Plan on http://fauministry.wordpress.com/ belongs to the username, beckyclarkfl, so only that username will be able to access live chat support via the contact form at:

    https://wordpress.com/help/contact
