I have a problem in my blog sidebar – Can anyone help me please? (thank you).
-
The widgets that were formally in their correct position in the sidebar on my blog, have been displaced, pushed down the sidebar, by my various blog posts that are now appearing there. The puzzling thing is that it is all like this on my HOME page…..but when I access individual post the sidebar reverts to its proper configuration with all the widgets in their correct place and nothing out of order (no posts appearing).
Seemingly, It’s the HOME page that has the problem. Any HELP ideas/suggestions from anyone would be most welcome.Thank you, in advance.

No it’s not the home page – it just affects the home page. Sidebar at the bottom is typically due to bad html in one or more posts. When something like that happens, you must first click the title of each post to see which post causes the problem (in your case it’s “She wears her jewels…”). Next, go to Settings>Writing, tick the option “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically”, click Save Changes. Then edit the problem post (make any insignificant change, e.g. add then remove a space) and click Update Post.
PS With that option on, this particular problem won’t crop up again.
