Good morning,
I have a problem receiving messages sent by WordPress (new article, after publication on my 2 sites) (backup request without receiving the link in my email) the 2 sites concerned are raimanet and boycottworld. It seems that these problems appeared after installing jetpack on my mobile? I don’t know if this is the reason for these no emails! can you help me recognize the parameter that needs to be modified? so that everything is in order. THANKS. best regards. Ray.

Thank you for reaching out! Upon reviewing your account, it seems that you paused all emails from WordPress.com in your account settings. Since post notifications are also sent from us, pausing those emails will prevent them from being sent to you.
To resolve this, please go to the Subscription Notifications section of your account (https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions), uncheck the “Suspendre les e-mails” option, and save your changes. This will restart the emails. Please note that you won’t receive any past emails that you missed while this option was turned on, but going forward, you should receive them again.

thank you for your response, but, unfortunately, no change after modifying the parameter cited in the response… my backup requests are not successful for my 2 sites, and the articles posted do not return to my email… nothing has not changed after this modification.
what to do then?
abandon wordpress and look elsewhere to start from square one! don’t really want to…
2 sites: boycottworld and raimanet …
my pc runs linux/ubuntu and the browser is mozilla/firefox or chromium.
no light at the end of the tunnel…
