I have a problem with registration key !

We faced an error WordPress MU 2.2. When someone creates their username and blog receives link activation, like: “username.site.ro / blog / wp-activate.php? Key = cb8ab0b01344df29″… and it is invalid. If you would link the “site.ro / blog / wp-activate.php? Key = cb8ab0b01344df29” then it would be functionabil. THIS SHOULD BE A FIRST PROBLEM
The second would be as follows: to assume that we solved the problem of the above… link is valid and account blog may be valid:
— Where you can change the message that it sends to the server automatically user? I’m romanian and I would like you to translate and edit it a bit.
— On my blog even if an account is activated (I tried this with his wp-activate.php)… blog is not functionabil… appears at the bottom of the page following error:
“Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
