I have a problem with the Header its doubling up I want it on the left side and it put it there and above it.

You have so many pages and whatever at the top of your site that it would not surprise me if that is screwing up the site.

I’ve had a look at your site and can only see one header image, can you clarify what you mean?
In order for the header image to fill the whole width of the header area, the size would need to be 1260px × 240px.
