I have a problem with the text on the site

  Hello,
  I create a site and I have some issue, I can not change the settings of the letters on the site, all the words on the site are capitalized.
  For example:
  A Therapy Tool To Help Learn To Identify 20 Different Moods/Emotions And Positive Actions That Can Be Taken In A Fun And Educational Way.

  I can only change the letters to uppercase only…
