I have a receipt with a transaction ID that shows I paid for the upgrade. When I log in it’s still saying I need to upgrade.

The account you are contacting us from has not purchased any upgrades. Please try logging in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to — are you able to see the upgrade on the Manage Purchases page in that account?
If not, which site did you purchase an upgrade for? These forums are a public place so please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a link to the site is the only information I need for now.
