Can you give some details regarding the notification? What does it say, and does it mention a specific site?
Are you getting the notification via email, via a PUSH notification from the WordPress mobile app, or via the WordPress.com admin bar?
If you’re receiving them via email, what is the FROM address the emails are coming from?

The site at https://elementsandenergy.com/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. We don’t have any control over notifications on that site, nor do we have any access to your dashboard to check what might be going on.
If the comments are all the same, you are most likely being spammed by a bot. The only way to stop that would be to use an anti-spam plugin like Akismet.
You can ask the WordPress.org community for more advice on this. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
