Hi there,
To transfer your self-hosted site to WordPress.com, please follow this guide:
https://transferto.wordpress.com/self-hosted-wordpress-org/
If the exported file is larger than 15 MB, you can use a file splitter to break to smaller parts and import it.
If you’re running Windows, you can use WordPress WXR File Splitter.
If you’re running MacOS, you can use this one.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you. I’m happy to help.
