i have a site but forgot my login to access it

  I need to delete/disable a website, but I cannot remember my login. It is urgent that I delete the website, but I can’t get any response from support. The email I used when I set up the account is no longer active.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. If you no longer have access to the email connected to the account you’ll need to fill out the Account Recovery Form. On that form you can provide a current email address where staff can contact you to help you regain access: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  I used that form a few weeks ago, and didn’t get any response. I just filled it out again. The huge problem is that all of the account information was in the email that I no longer have access to. At least all three of the listed items that ‘proves’ the site belongs to me. :(
  Very frustrating, and the site needs to be removed ASAP.

  I’ll tag this thread for staff to follow up, but that form is the only way to regain access, and the only way you can delete the blog is if you’re logged in as the owner. Please be patient while waiting for staff to respond.

  The account recovery form is really your only option.

  Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.

  Also, please be sure that your “What email address should we contact you at?” information is correct when you send in that form. It does not help us if we try to contact you at an email address that you no longer have access to.

  Also, I’m not seeing any Account Recovery submissions from the email account associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from.

  I completed the account recovery form and have yet to get any sort of response from anyone. Is there not any other way to get HELP???

  There is no alternative to the account recovery process and that means waiting for Account Recovery Staff, who are frequently backlogged with such requests, to work their way forward to the submission you made to them. In other words, you will have to be patient, and accept the fact that posting here again, and into other threads on this too is an exercise in futility.
