  my wordpress site was built but i do not see it on wordpress.com ..where is it?? this is technical difficulty. I can view on wordpress link through hostgator link but cannnot see it on wordpress site when i login. its not there.

  To avoid any confusion, it’s important to distinguish between three different versions of “WordPress”:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can obtain the software for free to use on your chosen hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you are currently contacting.

  Since your site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, you won’t find it here when you log in. To log in, you’ll need to visit your website and add “/wp-login.php” to the end of the URL. This should take you to the login page.
