I have a site with wordpress.com but can't access it through the desktop software

  The site is a custome domain and is kreativedesignsco.com When I go to my site online all is good but when I try to use this desktop app it logs me into something like a new acct or something and it seems like I have to start from scratch. Whats Up there?

  This site is not hosted on WordPress.com. Instead, you’ve opted for the WordPress software installation that you use with a hosting provider.

  For help with this site you’ll want to post at wordpress.org/support/ or get in touch with your host.

  In the app settings you’ll want to make sure that you’ve connected the site as a self hosted WordPress.org site – not WordPress.com.
