  hi everybody i have a trouble related in thema editing i have standard wordpress i wana to set up any thema on internet how to managed this manner plz help me txnks

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  You cannot build your own theme or import a theme and use it on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we not able to upload any third party themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you want to use any third party theme or build your own theme then don’t waste any time here at all. Purchase web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then move your .wordpress.com blog content into it http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

  Just to be clear about this we cannot edit themes or templates on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We can purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and do CSS editing only. http://en.support.wordpress.com/editing-css/

  yes u allright but i wonder if these are free how to maneged to editing thema by themself i have bee research this question for three day plz help me than for answer
  for exemple how to change menus and text i wana learn plz
