I have a trouble when setting the measurement ID into mysite.

  Hi there,
  I have trouble setting the measurement ID into my site. I can not find any box to add my Google Analytics Measurement ID even though there is have a Google Analytics title.
  Do I have to upgrade my site? Please explain for me because I found that Google Analytics is a free tool.
