I have a website but when I log into my account it says that I don’t have a website.

  I have a domain and I love the way my website is set up and it is scheduled to go away in five days I am trying to pay so that I can keep my domain but I don’t know my login information and when I log into the account that I think it’s under it says I don’t have any websites associated with it
