  As for your original question, we can only provide for WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.   If you’re unable to log in to your site hosted by AWS, you’d want to contact AWS support directly. They have access to the files and as your host only they can help you gain access to your site.
