  I have woocommerce as a plugin but it is notshowing as installed on thepluginpage- it is howeveron the front pageof my site and I cant alter it or ersae it.

  Since you haven’t given us a link to the site you need help with and we cannot install 3rd party plugins here on WordPressdotcom, it sounds like you are talking about a standalone install of the WP (org) software.
