  You can follow the instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org

  WordPress.com also has a paid service called a Guided Transfer that you can look into if you’re interested. With that service, someone will transfer your content for you. However, you can also do it on your own if you’d like. Follow the instructions carefully.
