i have a wordpress website, with a bad host!!

    I was wondering if you could help, I have had a hosting account with a company called https://www.clanplanetservers.com/. I have been with them 3 years and I have a website with them (angelsrecipes.co.uk)
    On the 13th of October 2016, I emailed them as my website had been suspended and had a reply from a gentleman called Paul Sands . This is what he replied

    Hi Andy,
    I do understand your concern however wordpress is known for vulnerabilities, your website was making thousands of database queries and slowing the server, this was observed by us and switching your website off immediately resolved the issue. We couldn’t not provide any advanced notice of our intention to stop your website as the problem developed quickly and had to be dealt with quickly.

    If we switch your website back on the same issue will happen and affect the server for everyone.
    The fact that you have been a customer for so long is precisely the reason we are spending time to identify and fix the problem on your behalf, other hosting providers would simply switch off your website and notify you to fix it yourself. I am absolutely certain that if you move your website to another host the problem will still exist and happen again.

    I have never had an issue with WordPress and my website before, this has come out of the blue. I have had no other communication apart from this despite emailing and asking for updates and also tried to phone .
    I am being charged for hosting service still received invoice today, don’t see why I should have to pay it if I cannot get on my website at all. I cannot access anything to do with the website at all. C panel access is denied . I have said that I want to move it, haven’t received a response .
    I am worried that they may just delete my whole website and I will lose all the content . although its bakced up though them I cannot access that either
    Im hoping you will be able to advise me of what I can do next
    i can transfer domain but Problem is my content pictures will be lost i can transfer domain but all i have is a log of a back up on my emails… can you help ?

    I’m not able to help because I do not have any access to your site or account.

    There are 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different than the self hosted version. This guide explains those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
