  Your subscribers can be moved from your .wordpress.com blog to your WordPress.org install. Install and activate the JetPack plugin and follow this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
