I have access to my normal wordpress site but lost WP admin log in details

    Hey

    I can access my standard wordpress site and I can see my website in the top left of the page. I need some work done on it and the developer is asking for the WP admin login but I have forgotten the username, password AND whatever email I had been using so it looks like I can’t get access to it at all, is there anything I can do? Thanks

    Please note that your site at https://www.glensheeskihire.co.uk is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    In general, you can post on the WordPress.org support forum here for help with your WordPress.org site. In this case, you can try resetting the password using this link, but if it doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact your hosting service provider for help.

    Based on what I could find using your domain, your site might be hosted by this company.
