I have activated a plugin to accept payments, but can't upload to my website.

I can’t upload Authorize.net woo commerce-addon to my website to start receiving payments. My merchant account and gateway through Authorize.net is set up. The plugin is installed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the wordpress.COM support forum. You cannot run woo commerce on any WordPress.COM hosted blog. You can run it only on a WordPress.ORG software install and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
