  Hey there,

  Please provide the URL for the website where the ads are appearing.

  There are ads on all free WordPress.com sites to help cover the cost of the hosting of the site.

  If it is a WordPress.com hosted free site your are referring to and you would like to remove the ads from your site completely you must upgrade your site to one of the available plans here: https://wordpress.com/plans
