  i have an account. i have an version of safari. i can edit in the old version. but when i try to access through a new version of chrome to update my version of wordpress, wordpress has no such user, email, etc. i have screengrabs, the original email but nothing works

  Hi @dugisgrumpy19, that site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. It has its own login system. You’ll need to log in here:

  If you still need help, the forums for self-managed WordPress installations are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ — just note you’ll need to create another login for that site, too. Good luck!
