I have already cancelled third-party domain, need to remove MAPPING only

Please delete domain mapping and refund payment.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Store states “Please contact support if you wish to delete a registered domain” and the link leads to a forum post, not directly to customer service.
The domain in question was not registered through WordPress, and is no longer live. I can’t delete the DNS mapping at WP or access my billing with respect to mapping. I think it’s silly that I have to post in the public forum to take such a simple action on my private account.
Please let me know when this is accomplished. Thanks..

It is my client’s account, so she has a login as well. My Paypal was charged, and I’m her designer, so I’m looking into it before contacting her.
Is there some way to have a private exchange, outside of this public forum?

Never mind, I just cancelled authorization it at the Paypal end. You can mark this resolved. Thanks anyway.

Initiating a chargeback will cause issues for your client’s account. So if that is the way you went, I would encourage you to undo that and instead log in with her account and cancel the mapping there. Or, alternately, log in with her account and request a cancellation here.

My client hadalready cancelled the dot.com and isn’t using the WP either. I just don’t know how soon I can get her to log on for me and cancel it, and I don’t want to miss my 2-day window for the refund. I’ll see if she can find the login credentials and give it a go though. She’s a busy lady with other priorities at this point. So leave this open then and I’ll get back to this. I still think this is silly to do all public – nothing personal, you are very helpful.

Don’t worry about the two day window, a domain mapping autorenewal is a slightly different beast than a simple domain registration and the 2 day window doesn’t apply. Let’s just get this canceled correctly.
