i have an account issue i need help with. this isn’t a public forum issue.

  I have a free wordpress account and I’ve got it confused with the personal paid account and now I can’t access the account I paid for.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @gridgeway, it sounds like you have multiple accounts. We have a few ways to reach out non-publicly for account recovery.

  This is a secure form and it’s your best bet:

  Recover Your Account

  You can also email passwordhelp@wordpress.com but you will need to be sure to include enough detail for the account recovery team to help, so I recommend at least taking a look at the account recovery form so you can see what they’re expecting.

  If you’ve tried that and you’re still having trouble, please find your transaction ID. When you have it, update us here and we’ll reach out over email to get it. Do not post it publicly. Thanks!

  Oh I wanted to point out too, if the account is with another host, the process is different. If you paid WordPress directly, it’s here. If you paid Bluehost or some other provider, ask them for help with this:
