    Hi there,

    We do not have ecommerce functionality built in to our WordPress.com platform, but you can upgrade to our Business plan (or higher) to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress” which essentially allows you to add any functionality you wish, as long as there is a plugin available.

    One thing worth pointing out, WooCommerce is our product (as well as WordPress.com) so with your upgrade you would have 24/7 access to live chat support for your ecommerce questions as well as general questions about your site.
