  I have an email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff) that I have completely lost track of. image-verse.com is a website I host on WordPress.com. Where do I find my mailbox for (email visible only to moderators and staff) and how do I find the password which I have forgotten. HELP ! Thank you!

  For account recovery, please fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this, as we have no control over your admin login for that site – that password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider, who appears to be Bluehost.com’s, servers. We also have no control over any email account you might have set up at that domain – that would be controlled via your domain’s DNS settings in your Bluehost account.
