  Hi ak15max,

  An existing domain can be transferred to WordPress.com with these steps:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Your emails should continue work as long as the email (MX) records remain in place — GoDaddy will be the best people to confirm exactly which ones you need though.
