I have an issue with refreshing a previously published page.

working on page’https://wordpress.com/page/92945480/85027′ I inserted a picture and updated with published immediately. It shows the change on page https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/the-public-safety-task-force/tim-doyle/ but when I went through the web – the page was https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/2015/04/08/tim-doyle/ – they should be the same. is there an issue with differences in addresses
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi.
I was unable to load ‘https://wordpress.com/page/92945480/85027.’https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/2015/04/08/tim-doyle/ is a post, while https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/the-public-safety-task-force/tim-doyle/ is a static page. The content of the two appears to be nearly identical, with the absence of the photo in the post being the difference which stands out. It may be the only difference in content.
they should be the same. is there an issue with differences in addresses
Not sure what you mean by this.

In reference to my last submission, it may be misunderstood, I was having issues with refreshing the page. Yes, a picture is on the first site and it needs to be on the later. I did the actions for publishing, but to no avail.

Hi,
they should be the same. is there an issue with differences in addresses
The latter is a post and not a page so there is a big difference, the easiest way to tell that it’s a ‘post’ is that it includes the date. So you have two different items with similar content:
You’d need to choose which one you prefer (and delete it) or copy one ‘exactly’ (ie: pictures etc) to display similarly. I at times do this if I want it to show up in the WordPress Reader, as only posts do that, with categories and tags (as pages do not have this function)
You can quickly edit ‘all pages’ here: https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
And all ‘posts’ here:
https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.phpSee the differences in a post and a page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
More on the WordPress Reader / how tags work in it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/
Hope this helps..

I mention the above as you seem to refer to them as needing to be ‘the same page/post’
It shows the change on page https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/the-public-safety-task-force/tim-doyle/ but when I went through the web – the page was https://ondutymarketing.wordpress.com/2015/04/08/tim-doyle/ – they should be the same.
I took it to mean ‘the same address/url’ and @musicdoc1 described them also in detail..

I don’t know why the image doesn’t appear in the post. I would try to insert the image, again if you’ve already done so, from the media library at Add Media > Insert Media. Alternatively, you may copy the content of the entire page and paste it into the post (after emptying the present post content).
